How It Works

Please arrive at least 20–30 minutes before your scheduled activity. Show your ticket or booking confirmation (digital or printed). After check-in, you’ll receive a life jacket and a safety briefing based on your activity.

What to Bring

  • Swimwear and towel (optional)
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses, water shoes (optional)
  • ID required for minors and all online bookings
  • For online payments, we may ask to verify the last 4 digits of your card
  • Lockers are available, but we recommend not bringing valuables

All our activities start at Puerto Colón – Pontoon No. 4 in Costa Adeje, Tenerife.

Opening hours: Every day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance
  • 70% refund if cancelled within 48 hours
  • In case of bad weather, you can reschedule or get a full refund
  • We always evaluate special cases with flexibility and care

No license required! Just bring your ID and enjoy the ride. Our instructors handle everything.

What happens if the weather is bad? ▼

In case of bad sea conditions, we will offer you a reschedule or a full refund — no stress!

Can children participate in the activities? ▼

Yes! Each activity has specific age limits. Feel free to contact us for exact requirements.

Are group discounts available? ▼

Yes! If you're a group of 4, message us directly for custom deals and combos.

Can I cancel or modify my booking? ▼

Cancellations up to 48h before = full refund. After that, we keep 30%. We always evaluate case by case.

Where do the activities start? ▼

All experiences depart from Puerto Colón – Pontoon No. 4 in Costa Adeje.

How long do the activities last? ▼

It depends on the activity. Jet Ski Safaris are 40min to 2h. Inflatables are around 10–15min of high-speed fun.

Can I bring my phone or valuables? ▼

We recommend leaving valuables at your hotel. Lockers are available, but not waterproof or insured.

Do you provide photos ? ▼

Yes! We offer media packages for Jet Ski and some inflatables. Ask our team before the ride!

What should I wear for the activities? ▼

Swimwear is ideal. Bring sunscreen and water shoes if you like. We'll provide the life jacket.
