Before you arrive
Arrive ready, relaxed and on time. These are the essentials for every WOW Tenerife activity.
Meeting point
All activities start from Puerto Colón, Pontoon No. 4, Costa Adeje, Tenerife.
Bring ID
Bring ID/passport, especially for online bookings, minors and any activity where age must be verified.
Safety first
Life jackets and safety briefing are included. The team may adapt or postpone activities if sea/weather conditions are not safe.
Check-in and safety
After arrival, our team checks your booking and explains the activity rules. Depending on the activity, you will receive a life jacket, helmet or other safety equipment.
For online card payments, the team may ask to verify booking details or the last 4 digits of the card used, only to confirm the reservation belongs to the right customer.

Important rules
- Jet Ski: minimum driver age is 16 years. Minors need parent/legal guardian authorization.
- Jet Ski double: if two people ride together, at least one rider must be 18 or older. Maximum combined weight on a double jet ski: 180 kg.
- Flyboard: minimum age is 16 years. Participants must be able to swim.
- Wakeboard / Waterski: minimum age is 12 years. Participants must be able to swim.
- Inflatables: children from 8 years old can join with an adult, depending on conditions and team approval.
- Activities are not recommended during pregnancy or with serious back, neck or heart conditions.
Meeting point & schedule
Puerto Colón – Pontoon No. 4, Costa Adeje, Tenerife. Opening hours are usually 10:00–18:00, but activity times depend on availability, sea conditions and season.
Weather and sea conditions
Watersports depend on safe sea and wind conditions. If the activity cannot run safely, we will offer a reschedule or refund according to the booking conditions.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
- 70% refund if cancelled within 48 hours.
- No-shows may not be refunded.
- If sea/weather conditions are unsafe, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Special cases are evaluated with care, but contact us as early as possible.
